Adventure's to Los Angeles
So i worked until about 3 on Friday and tried not to cry when I said bye to a few people. I rushed home as I still needed to pack everything up in my car!! Or figure out what would actually fit. My step sister, step mom and dad all pitched in though so it was fine…I couldn’t fit all of Antone’s stuff he wanted me to take though so we’ll have to grab that stuff later or ship it. Then I went to dinner at Benihana’s for my last dinner and had salmon with sweet potatos!!
I then went over to my mom’s to say my final good bye to her and my step-dad. surprisingly no tears were shed! I stopped by and said by to Katelyn too.
We left at 4 AM this morning. My butt is SO sore. Too much sitting for me. We drove 15 hours to Casper, Wyoming. We went through the Bad Lands so that added on an extra hour, but worth it i’d say. Better than Wall Drug!

We had to pull over a few times going through South Dakota as there was hail a little smaller than a golf ball and it was raining so hard I could barely see in front of me! Kinda scary but we drove out of it eventually and it was mostly blue skies.
Wyoming is gorgeous, but a lot of empty space. So much room for activities! It’s super hilly and a lot of random cliffs and what not.
One of my customer’s actually lives just outside of Casper I guess and yesterday she emailed me telling me that she really enjoyed working with me and if we were to happen to get into a bind or flat tire or something that we could call her and she’d come and help. :) I understand why now as the last 2-3 hours driving into Casper there is literally NOTHING. It’s a bunch of ranching land and no houses, gas stations, NOTHING. So we really would’ve been screwed for a while if my car broke down.
But luckily, nothing went wrong. It’s weird how everything has just been working itself out for me. Much appreciated.
We got to the hotel around 5:30
